Josh began his career in insurance in June 2005 as a Property and Casualty Producer. His success over the years is due to his extensive knowledge of the Marine, Staffing, Industrial, Construction, and Trucking Industries. His focus is on improving the customers bottom line, service excellence, claims management, audit review, and always placing the client first.
Josh graduated from Troy University with a degree in Risk Management and Insurance. While at Troy he played QB for the Trojans. He now lives in Spanish Fort with his wife Jennifer and their two kids Brenner and Eva Rose. He enjoys all sports, being outdoors, coaching kids, and trying to play golf.
He lives his life based on Proverbs 3:5-6.

He worked 13 years at a nationally ranked broker handling all sorts of risks including construction, hospitality, manufacturing, non-profits, social service, medical, real estate, technology, municipal, etc. Robby graduated from Troy University with degree in Risk Management and Insurance, where he attended on a full football scholarship and was selected team Captain. He and his wife Hollie, have 3 energetic children. He enjoys sports, coaching and pretty much anything outdoors.

Sara has over 17 years experience in the property and casualty insurance industry. She began her insurance career servicing personal lines for Allstate Insurance. In 2008 she transitioned into commercial insurance working with business owners in many diverse industries, including marine operations, construction, manufacturing, contractors, retail and business services. In 2017 she obtained her Certified Insurance Service Representative designation.
She is active in the community serving as a Mobile Area Chamber Ambassador since 2014 recently their 2018 Ambassador Chairman. Residing in Daphne, Alabama with her two sons she enjoys the outdoors, running, music, the beach and spending time with her family and friends.

Nina has been working in the insurance industry for over 39 years. She began her career as a personal lines representative at an independent agency. Five years later, she accepted a position with an Insurance Broker as a customer service representative. She serviced, gathered, and processed information for new and renewal business on commercial accounts.
Since 1993 she has worked as a customer service representative (CSR) for a Commercial Lines agency. She conducts day to day operations with insureds, producers, and carriers to provide clients with the specific coverage for their business.
Nina is married to Mickey and has two daughters.
